After having worked in telecommunications field for Downer for a number of years, Callum decided it was time to move on, finish his national certificate in carpentry, make use of his national certificate in rigging, and continue to gain experience in this field. In the process he founded Callum Bond Rigging & Construction Ltd in 2013. Ever since the company has been a prominent supplier of rigging services to the industry and focuses on continuous improvement and has established strong and lasting relationships with clients in New Zealand.
