After having worked in telecommunications field for Downer for a number of years, Callum decided it was time to move on, finish his national certificate in carpentry, make use of his national certificate in rigging, and continue to gain experience in this field. In the process he founded Callum Bond Rigging & Construction Ltd in 2013. Ever since the company has been a prominent supplier of rigging services to the industry and focuses on continuous improvement and has established strong and lasting relationships with clients in New Zealand. Callum is continuously adapting his methods and increasing his knowledge along with his team which allows the company to better service their clients emerging requirements.

Callum Bond is the Director of the company. He has obtained a national certificate in carpentry and a national certificate in rigging. As a licensed building practioner he worked with Downer NZ Ltd for six years. Prior to Downer, Callum worked with About Villas as a builder, Thomas Electronics as a technician and MB Technology as a service technician. To enhance and channel his rich experience in a broader way Callum launched his own company in 2013.
